I have a non-working NEC 4FG and 5FG taking up space.
The 4FG probably only needs the usual leaking capacitors replaced.
The 5FG has a blown HOT but is in otherwise good condition. I assume that
in addition to the HOT, it needs the leaking capacitors replaced but could
be worse.
I will keep them for about 1 month. After that, they go on the curb
or have parts removed for other projects with the remains going on the
curb.
For the 4FG, any reasonable offer + shipping (with pickup).
I have the original box. For the 5FG, I'd have to find a box so a bit
more.
I also have a Mitsubishi AUM1371 that probably works at least somewhat.
Make an offer or it goes to KMR Technical Services. Recall that this is
the monitor that will accept a range of scan rates and input types
including I think composite video and NTSC.
