NClaunch command prompt

Hi friends,
i am new bee to the NClaunch tool. i want to create the waveform window
using commands and then have to add the signals to it.
i am using it in to single step mode. and getting three different
command windows which is showing me
nclaunch>
simvision>
nsdesktop>
where can i write the command to create above mentioned windows?
by the way i am using this tool on WINDOWS plateform. plsssssssss help
