National AN-29: 2n4067 replacement?

I'm tinkering with an integrator circuit and need a low leakage switch for
reset. National's AN-29 has an interesting circuit I'd like to try which
uses a pair of 2N4067 fets. I'm not able to find these at Digikey or Newark
and wonder if they've gone out of favor.

Anyone have a distributor suggestion or suggestion for a replacement
considering the function?

found some low leakage jfets from vishay that i'll try instead: 2N4117a
