NAN YA LMA9AR082C1 LCD display help

Ive got a NAN YA LMA9AR082C1 LCD display, its 128x128 dots and i would
like a spec sheet for it. Its got a Toshiba T6963C controller onboard.

Any info on the display would be greatly appreciated
