Hi,
I have got humidity sensor (probably from device made by Simens). Its
resistance in 96%RH dramatically rises from
a few dozen kOhm up to a dozen or so MOhm. I don't know producer. I don't
know what kind of material could involve
such an unexpected change. Does anyone know anything about such device or
material ?

I don't have the faintest idea.

What I do know is that, had you crossposted instead of multiple posting, I
wouldn't have had to read your post *five* times, since my news client
would have automatically marked four of them read.
