Multiple clocks generation

I want to generate clocks of different frequencies of 150Mhz, 38 Mhz,
8Khz from a clock of frequency 2048Mhz in verilog.

Can anyone please tell me how can I do that?

If you mean 155.52 MHz and 38.88 MHz, you're talking SONET/SDH frequencies
which - if used in a transmitter - have stringent jitter requirements that
dictate an external PLL with a VCXO or other dedicated SONET/SDH timing
circuits. Generate the 155.52MHz and divide for the others.

Telecom systems typically have either a 64kHz reference or 8kHz reference
depending on the rates and circuits involved. The only way to exctract
clean high-frequency clocks is with stable VCXO style PLLs.
