encSubPath, offsetSubPath, subRect of a multi-part path?

In the 'Edit Properties' form you'll find a 'Subpart' button,
just hit it.

question:
How to access/change attributes like encSubPath, offsetSubPath, subRect
of a ROD multi-part path *using SKILL functions* (not through the gui)?

but someone who is asking a realy imprecise question
should not be surprised to get the easiest answer possible.
