Lately we have had some failures of diode MR756, used as bypass diode in
variable frequency PFCs. They failed in different designs, ranging from some
100W up to 1KW. They all had the same date code, 0414 if I remeber well.
Has anyone had the same experience or is anyone aware of stress on bypass
diodes that is normally overlooked?
