I can not use it to move a component, who can give me a example code
for reference?

That's a function for the Allegro PCB Editor - and you are asking about moving a
symbol. Is that what you meant? What tools are you using?

There are example for this in the Allegro documentation. If you are using (say)
SPB1601, you can type "cdnshelp" and search for axlTransformObject - it has some
simple examples at the bottom of the page.
