Most useful tip to use with Weller soldering station WES50/5

I'm planning to purchase one of these units for some printed circuit
work. I was wondering what tip most people find useful, other than
the standard ETA tip that comes with the station. Thanks.

It would depend on the way you use the iron. Big tips for large
parts, and small tips for small parts and SMD.
