Hi,
I would like to know what is the difference between MOSFET High side
and low side drivers. Are there any good documents available for
developing spice models for these?

The high side drivers (those designed for driving N-channel high-side
MOSFETs) are often more complex with a bootstrap supply and level
translation in addition to the buffer function. The low side drivers
are more or less just a buffer, perhaps with low-voltage inhibit
and/or deadtime circuitry.

: One is PMOS the other is NMOS

There are NMOS high side with charge pumps
