When I download a model, as in the link below (LM358), to add to
LTSpice, I get three files unzipped with suffixes sym, dwg, and ckt.
And there is also a text file of the model to download.

Which of these is the file LTSpice needs to find in its
LTC\SwCADIII\lib\sub folder? Does the suffix need to be changed to
..sub?
After adding an opamp2 symbol and changing the value to LM358, how is
the .subckt line added to the schematic and where is it found to copy
and paste?
Is it simply ".subckt LM358/MC 1 2 3 4 5", or the entire model in
text form. When I try, an "error: no .ends line" comes up, but I see
it there at the end of the text version. I am obviously missing
something.
