Monostable Multivibrators

Hi, I am trying to find a chip that has all of the characteristics of the
74LS221, except that it will operate at 12 Volts rather than the 5 Volts
for the 74LS221. I would appreciate any help.

Why not use a 74C221 ?

supply voltage 4.5v to 15v
