monitor twitches in one corner

[Eric Cartman's Evil Twin]

I have a monitor that "twitches" in the bottom left corner. What I mean is
that the corner will shrink toward the center. Only 2 or 3 inches in each
axis is affected. It doesn't seem to be power supply-related, just random.
Any ideas?

It's a KDS, will get a number if it helps.

I may be a blanking problem, maybe vertical, check caps ESR in the
vertical output, especially the oscillator section.
