Modifying transient time with bindkeys for node voltages

Hi,

next project is to try to make bindkey bindings for moving the transient
time when inspecting the annotated transient node voltages in a
schematic view. Normally there is a dialog where I can enter the
transient time to observe, and then the node voltges for that transient
time is shown. Now my idea is to use a couple of keys to move a
delta-plus and a delta-minus around that point to see what happens. I
haven't started looking for the functions that I need, but I start off
by throwing the ball in the air.
