Modify audio output lower noise?

Hello everyone!

Great group! This is my first post!

I'm a musician and sound engineer.
I have a unit (BOSS Dr. Sample) that I use to trigger sound fx for
theater.

Th unit works fine, but it's unbalanced outputs are quite noisy.

My question is what regulates the noise in the output of an audio
circuit.
I would like to modify the unit for low noise, but not sure where to
look.

this is a link to the unit:

Thanks in advance for any help!

Don't all these come built-in with soundcards from companies like
Creative Labs? and those cards are $100 to $150

And those don't add noise, well very little, down 135dB or so

** The noise generated by the rest of the damn circuit.

** The tooth fairy might be a likely helper.
