modern equiv. for MC145170 PLL & MC1648 VCO?

Anyone know a modern equivalent or source for MC145170 PLL w/serial
interface or MC1648 VCO?

These were great parts, but were dropped & resold to other foundrys & then
dropped again..

I'd prefer DIP, but SOIC would be ok. thanks
