BIOS chip is a H.T. M 11955.
Is there an equivalent IC type 28F..., 29... ?
The chip is dead (burned) and want to try to replace it with a new
chip.
I have a second bios of the same type, so I know my Mobo is
serviceable.

Most of those 128k*8 Flash EPROMs with 12V programming voltage will do
the job.
