Typically third party simulator integrations would be done by the
simulator vendor under the Cadence Connections Program (see
http://www.cadence.com under the Alliances pulldown at the top).
However, there is also the possibility that customers can do this
themselves - typically it involves purchasing a special product and some
additional support - so you would need to contact your account team.
