Mitsubishi remote control

My uncle gave me his Mitsubishi VS-4503R TV. However, the remote
control is locked out. It's looking for a 4 digit PIN. Does anyone
know how to reset this?

Call the local TV Repair Shop and ask if they work on the Mits sets, they
then may tell you the fool proof way of overcoming the PIN and resetting it
to your own code.
