Greetings.
Mitsubishi ctv model CT-2039A.
Fault - No power.

R902 open (4.7ohm 5W)
F901 open (T2A)
IC901 shorted (STR50215)
D905 shorted (R2KY) - 130v protection diode.
C568 high ESR (4.7uF 250V)
C551 high ESR (1uF 160V)

After these were replaced, the HOT (2SD1878) shorted.
Replace HOT and LOPT(334P15309).
