I have a mitsubishi television model # ck3526r and the problem that I have
is the picture is to tall but I am wondering if the original remote is
needed to make any other adjustment on the vert. It is a crt single tube.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Change the caps in the vertical section that will fix the problem.

The Height and Linearity controls are inside.

Although....you are probably looking at defective Capacitors C4e4 & C4e5 -
100uf. 35v., C4e3 - 1uf. 50v.

This set should be in need of a good cap tune-up if one has not been done on
it.

And don't forget to check the small tantalum; it can cause weird vertical
patterns; you can sub it temporarily with a standard electrolytic of the same
value, but if it needs to be replaced, use another of the same type...
