missing files while importing the rule file in Turbo Toolbox

Hi,

I am using tsmcN90rf rule file and included the techfile name in
"leToolboxSample.rules". When I try to add the sample rule file
specified in the "toolboxhelp" document, it pops up with the message
that missing the rules file. Which rule file needs to included fix
this?
