There are methods that cost a hell of a lot less...I'm looking for on-line microwave moisture meter. The only suitable I found
are IDC Expertise's moisture meters.

One enters the type of food, the size, etc and the oven selects the
cooking time.
In general we don't find expensive sensors on consumer appliances.
