Mealy fsm in sychronous systems.

HI,

I prefer moore fsm in designing any state machine for synchornous
circuits. But I wonder where could be the use of asychronous mealy
outputs in a digital system.Is it only for asynchronous systems or
any where in synchronous sytems.

Once all inputs and outputs are synchronized,
there is not much difference between the two.
