If you change a file name of a 1G iso, is the MD5 still valid?

Sorry, just answered it myself by running one. It's unchanged.

If you think like C-language file handling, the MD5 comes from the file contents
(and the filename and other metadata are not included). If you make an archive,
though, the MD5 of the archive file DOES contain filename and other metadata dependency.

So, zip or tar can be used to create the effect if you want it.
