I had a Funadecker Folkker (sp?) model as a kid. A red plastic model
with 5 wings and a caracature head of the Red Baron with a chrome,
spike topped helmet.

they went, and that was an imitation of the Sopwith Tripehound. By the
end of the war, Fokker was working with Junkers to produce some most
advanced- looking all- metal low wing monoplanes that wouldn't have
looked greatly out of place on the eve of WW2.
