We are looking for MAX1473EUI components. Maxim says 21 weeks
delivery, but we ned the parts now. We tried different avenues but
can't seem the find those components. We need 10,000 of them. Do you
know where there are 10,000 of these that we could buy? - URGENT

If you Google in this group's archives for "Maxim delivery" (without quotes)
you'll see a long line of people who have evidently learned that it can be
painful to rely on being able to get chips from Maxim when you need them.
 
Try Sweden. I've got Maxim long lead times from there in the past.
