You need to have a mathematical model of the solar cell. Then it's just a
matter of interconnecting Simulink blocks to implement it.

That question would require about a month of coaching to answer, and if
you're smart enough to develop a useful model in the first place you're
smart enough to do it mostly on your own.

To do any modelling of any thing in any tool, you need to learn how to model
on paper, then you need to learn how your thing works so you can model it,
then you need to learn how to use your tool to make a model.

When you get to the point where you have a rough understanding of solar cell
operation and Matlab/Simulink operation, you can come back with specific
questions (like how the radiation angle affects efficiency, or some such).

You'd need to create a mathematical model for a solar cell and then "program" it
in Simulink/Matlab.
