Making artwork with Altium Protel DXP trial

I downloaded this program and want to make artwork for a simple pcb
project. When I select print, the quality sucks. Can someone tell me
how to get a great quality artwork output so that I can then use the old
iron-on toner transfer method of creating a pcb....many thanks.

The qualitiy of print would also be depending on your printer and the papaer
you use.
