Hopefully less than all the equipment that it is powering.


Might also be intended to turn on many devices simultaneously too with
remote from one device,
such as your entire AV system turned on by the amplifier remote.

It's irrelevant, the device is designed to get money out of greenie's wallet in exchange for a warm feeling that they are saving the world.
