To summarise:
Go to Control Panel -> Uninstall a program
* IncestousExcuse not listed, cannot be uninstalled this way.
* Listed IE 11, no matter - i unchecked it.Click \"Turn Windows features on or off\" on the *left* panel
Uncheck Internet Explorer 8 in the pop-up window.
Since IE has always been so hidden/buried in the OS (not for those inRestart

IDK if this uninstalls IE or just disables it.
