Magnavox PTV376 41" Projection TV has no power indications on front panel. Woke
up one fine morning and the remote wouldn't turn the TV on, and neither would
the power on button on the front of the TV. After a bit of troubleshooting, I
found no 5 VDC going to the front panel, or anywhere else. Then I found that
none of the voltages except for the 120 AC where anywhere to be found. The HV
panel has a flickering AC OK LED, and nothing at the SCAN LED or the 27 VDC LED.
Any advice, besides replacing a $550.00 dollar board, or tossing the TV in the
junk yard?

Probably something as simple as C413, C460, C461 or merely solder
connections.
Any experienced Philips tech should be able to repair the board instead of
simply replacing it.
And at a more than reasonable cost.

Good Luck,
Bill Jr

You need to start with the standby 5v circuit; tricky to troubleshoot, I've
seen the 7.5 v zerner go bad, as well as the filter caps around the standby
transformer.
