Magnavox MS3252S TV Error Codes in Service Mode

My 9 month old TV is unable to boot up, seems like
the screen brightness is very dark.

I tried the 0 6 2 5 9 6 <Menu> to enter the Service Mode,
and it flashes the following sequence on the power LED:
11 6 10 (a long 1 or end sequence)

Anyone know what this code means (other than take it in
for warranty repair)?

If indeed it is under manufacturer warrenty take it to an authorized service
facility and pay for the labour cost. Or you can contact Phillips in
Greenville Tennessee and ask them how much a subscription to their recent
service manuals cost.
