LVS error

Hi, i am a beginner of using Cadence IC5. Now i am try to follow the
cell_desgin to create 2-inputs XOR gate. So i copy the whole
cell_design directory to my home directory and then run icfb &.
The library used master & basic,
After i create extracted view for this XOR, then run the LVS that is
failed.
View the LVS.log, that shown as below:

How to solve this problem?

Try not setting CDS_Netlisting_Mode to Analog. Use Digital or do not set
the environmental variable at all. The extract rules for that sample
design do not use the Artist libraries, so the switch and stop view
lists Artist uses are incorrect.
