David,

We have a quote from Waterplace for the Schluter items, a shower door
(double sliding), and the Delta fixtures. We paid for the Delta items,
but I wanted to run the Schluter parts past you before we order those.

Qty Description Model Number
1 Schluter pan, 38x60 center drain KSK9651525PVC
1 Schulter walls KBKIT
1 Schluter drain KD4GRKEP
1 Shower curb KBSC1151501524
1 Schluter niche box, 12x28 KB12SN305711A1

The pan kit includes the ring seal for a pipe and a control valve.
The wall kit includes these items as well, so I think that covers the
diverter and hand shower outlets. Both are kits, so they include the
sealing strips, screws, sealant, etc. required to install. The pan kit
says two 38" long curbs. Would it be better to use the single long curb
in the parts list, or should this be omitted? Otherwise, do these look
like what you need? Let us know and we'll get those on order too. We
were just a bit surprised that Waterplace prices were just a bit below
Amazon or elsewhere online.

We're leaning towards the Fleurco Gemini double sliding shower door.

The coverage listed for the grout we purchased indicates we have enough
to cover about 200% of the tile, so we should be safe. You can verify
once the job starts as both are stocked locally.

Please advise on the Schluter shower items when you have a chance.

Thanks,
Ken Lowe

Sometimes it's a mistake to use the same client for mail and news. ;)
