ADXRS150 is solidstate gyroscope with analog output (+/- 150 deg/s).

Do you know any other low cost solidstate gyroscope component and its low

I'd look at Spark Fun Electronics (http://www.sparkfun.com/). They have
a bunch of fun stuff.
