low-C schottky

Snarl. Skyworks has discontinued their 0.25 pF SOD-323 schottky diode,
the SMS7621-011...

http://www.skyworksinc.com/products_display_item.asp?did=798

and replaced it with an SC-79 that's basicly invisible and that has a
polarity mark that is absolutely invisible. Since they mark some of
their diodes on the anode and some on the cathode, the invisibility is
just as well, I suppose.

I'm not enthusiastic about changing six or eight PCB layouts to accept
this little horror.

So, a while back in a thread I can't find, somebody mentioned a
similar part, a European-type part number maybe... does anybody
remember what it might be?

There is also a Metelics part that might be a sub... I know about that
one.

Thanks,

John

We discussed the Infineon BAR88-xx

That's a PIN diode, but has interesting characteristics for RF
switching.

Where is it available in small quantities?

Sorry...

: Where is it available in small quantities?

We didn't come out with a source

Might it not be simpler to purchase whatever stock is out there to keep
you going for however long ?
