LOST THE COLOR ON MY ZENITH.

We lost the color on our Zenith (model #B25A02Z) suddenly.
The set is about 5 years old.
Is there possibly a simple fix??
Would appreciate any thoughts/opinions on this!!

The only way you might obtain some "simple fix" ideas is if you can perform
some basic technical troubleshooting with the proper test equipment.....
DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.... and post the results..... then, of course, if
you could do that you would have already done the simple fix and you would
not be posting your question in the first place..
At the very least you should take your television to a service shop for a
repair cost estimate so you can make an intelligent repair decision with
facts instead of internet guesses.

I have an old Zenith that sometimes looses color and the picture gets

kind of grainy when we have a power failure. Look through your "on
screen" menus and see if there is something called "reset" or "master
reset". If there is, try activating this and it will set the TV back
to factory defaults. You may not have this feature but it's worth a
look.
