Howdy all, I have been looking for a particular twin led VU meter now for 18
months, but alas nobody has any, or any pointers to a source. I need two of
them. They are LI-224 originally made by Rhom, who say they are long ago
obsolete unfortunately, wouldn't even sell me secondhand or pulls. They were
used in the TOA mixer amplifier MX-601, and I have tried all known sources
in that direction also to no avail. so I'm faced with a couple of options,
design a new meter based on a PIC controller to mimic the original display,
or somehow come across a lucky source. I'm not too bothered about the cost
of them as long as it's reasonable, secondhand or pulls are fine as long as
they are in working order. any ideas ?
