Hello, I am looking for a Semiconductor M27C256B-20F1 it's made by St micro
electronics. if you have one or know for a fact where I can get one, let me
know, it's a modem chip for a TNC controller. Thank you very much. email me

That sounds more like a common 32kB x 8 EPROM with 200ns access time.
You will need to program it too.

An unprogrammed EPROM isn't going to do you a lot of good, unless you have a
hex file and the appropriate prom programmer.

You could use any generic 32kx8 Eprom with 200nS access time.
You could use a chip with lower access time.
