Looking for spice models-2SC2911, 2SC2547E, 2SA1085E, 2SA120

Does anyone have Spice models for the following BJTs.

Sanyo's 2SC2911, 2SC2547E (NPN)
Hitachi's 2SA1085E, 2SA1209 (PNP)

If not, does anyone have notes on how to extract the needed parameters
from the datasheets.

Many of the Gummel Poon parameters don't seem straightforward to
extract for devices in general, seeing the amount of math involved, and
a lack of information on how to use the formalaes, or find the values
for the variables used in the formulaes.

Why not use devices for which you do have SPICE models, it would save a
lot of time.

You might try contacting Sanyo and Hitachi for the models. Sometimes
they will provide data even though it's not on their web site.

I have contacted Sanyo, and their response was a 'NO' unless I gave
them details on the project, its market potential, and the number of
these devices I would consume, and when I tell them that it was for an
amp I was working on, I got a sorry we cannot give you the spice model.
