Look at Advanced Digital Design with Verilog HDL by Michael Ciletti.
The last half of the book focuses on advanced projects such as
implementation of Microprocessor and FFT with Verilog.
The book is not that good in teaching Verilog, but since you are looking for
advanced / intermediate level, it's probably not a problem.
