looking for smps IC

This switching IC from a dell 1504fp power supply is bad and I cant find
it listed anywhere.
anyone recognize it or know where to get one?

Actually, the 5 pin insulated package was used by Samsung and
continues in use at Fairchild for their integrated off-line switching
regulators.

If it's the primary switch, you might find a functional equivalent
there.

Actually, the 5 pin insulated package was used by Samsung and
continues in use at Fairchild for their integrated off-line switching
regulators.

If it's the primary switch, you might find a functional equivalent
there.
Power Integrations make some like that IIRC too.

The closest Power Integrations package (with a staggered switch drain
pin) has six pins altogether, and has the drain pin on the right side
of the TO-220 body.

The Samsung package has five pins, with the drain on the left side.
