Looking for SM8220P or MT8843 in the Uk

I want to build my own callerID circuit, but the chips are hard to
find in the Uk, I`ve looked at Maplin, CPC, RapidElectronics and
Googled others, but with no luck.

I can get one off Ebay, but thats from China!

that is one of the uses of tintaweb, to advise and also learn.
All for a monthly cost of 50 centimes .
not a bad deal, Retro Jethro Franklin, not a bad deal.
