Looking for Sch Capture s/w

Hello,

I am looking for information on schematic capture software,
particularly one that will work reasonably well with
PowerPCB.

I am somewhat familiar with OrCAD and would like to know of
any other software that folks might think is worth
investigating.

I would also appreciate information/user experiences with
PCBNavigator, which purportedly acts as an interface between
Orcad Capture and PowerPCB.

Thanks in advance.

Very good list Terry, I'll note it for reference.

You might want to add PCAD, www.pcad.com which is owned by Altium along with
Protel. The parent Altium site that links to all Altium EDA software is
www.altium.com

PCAD is on the order of 10K USD/seat, also not a hobbiest package.

Thanks. I'll add it - although I'm no fan of Altium. They are now the
owners of the program I use myself, CircuitMaker, for which they offer
zilch by way of support.
