Looking for Power Mosfet

I've got a gigabyte motherboard (GA-7BAXP) that has suffered a blow out due
to capacitor leakage. The power mosfet I'm looking for is marked 70N03S.
I've determined that it was made by Intersil/Fairchild and it's part number
is RF1S70N03SM. It is in a TO220AB casing i.e. the drain is soldered to the
motherboard. Anyone have an idea where I can source 4-5 of these here in
Australia, Sydney.

** If the device is really in a TO220 pack - then the number is RFP70N03

Farnell in One sell them - cat. # 291 - 584 for $11.34 +

The RF1S...... number refers to a TO 262 pack - where the tab has been
shaved off.

Great..
You are right it's in a TO263AB. I suppose I can use the TO220 and hack off
the tab.
Thanks

** With a delicate touch - pleeeeeasssse.

Put the tab in a vyce, very tightly, leaving just enough exposed for a
*new* hacksaw blade to access.

Clean up with a small file.

BTW

A TO263 is smaller and has mini version legs compared to a TO220.
