Looking for power FETS

1 of my poweramps (AVM) blew its FETS, so now I am looking for some
replacements:
- BUK456 (20 Amp) 2x
- RSP10P15 (15 Amp) 2x

Looked on the web but could not find anyone stocking these in Australia. Any
ideas who might have them?

** There must be an extra number after the 456 - maybe 100 or 200 ?

** Looks like a Radiospares number - they have their own.

it's a 200 Volt one.

RSP10P15 (15 Amp) 2x

Yes, I bought it in Germany before I came to Australia.
I tried www.radiospares.com , which is a French site, and looked for the
RSP10P15, but no power MOSFET came up.

The 2nd item will be RFP10P15 = TO220 P chan fet, 10A/150V.
Manufacturer was Intersil Corp. Dicrete products division taken over
by Fairchild

This part number does not appear in the list of products so it is
discontinued. Suggest you try an IRF6215 from RS Components.
