looking for high bandwidth analog optocoupler

hi all,
i'm looking for a high-speed (>=40 MHz bandwidth) analog (and, ideally,
linear) optocoupler. the isolation is not critical (100 V is enough).
the fastest thing i could find is agilent's HCPL-4562, but it is limited
to 17 MHz. does anyone know something faster?

Why not use a transmission line transformer? Use a twisted pair of
enamelled wire as your transmission line, and wind it around an RM4
core or something equally compact.

The last one I did was good from 50kHz to 150MHz, and the linearity
and stability should be phenomenally good. The inter-winding
capacitance is a bit high, at about 100pF.

May be is it too much for your need, but for optimal linearity you could use
an ADC, a couple of digital isolators (like one of the iCoupler chips from
AD) and a DAC...
