Marking on the outside (15cm high can) :

ARCOTRONICS
C20BLG35100ZC0J
10uF +-5%
Un = 900 V (=VDC ??)
Urms = 640V (=VAC ??)
Irms = 18A (= "ripple current" ??)
HSC/LR

And, yes, I have checked the Arcotronics web site...

From another source I know its a Polypropylene type.
